License Information

All our images are Rights Managed, we offer a Limited and Extended version of our Image License. For non commercial use you may choose an limited License, for commercial uses please choose a extended License. If a particular License is not listed as available for use, then please contact us on 1300 654 487 for a custom quote.

Limited Licensed (RM)

Limited Licensed images are available for non commercial use only, if you require the image for commercial use then an Extended License is required. A Limited Licensed image is available for use in Educational Assignments, Electronic Presentations, web use (non commercial), Personal use (Prints).  Limited Licensed images are licenced for a once off use with the image only being allowed to be used for the original purpose. The rights granted to the Licensee are not transferable and are non sub-licensable.

Limited Licensed images may not be used on products for resale or distributed free if the image is the main selling point of the product. ie postcards, calendars t-shirts etc. All Licenses of Limited License images are subject to Wild Australasias Library’s Terms and Conditions that you agree to at Registration.

Xsmall: Limited Licensed: Web use, Personal use (prints)
Small: Limited Licensed: Web use, Personal use (prints) 
Medium: Limited Licensed: Web use, Educational Assignments, Electronic Presentations, Personal use (prints)

Extended Limited Licensed (RM)

Extended Licensed (RM) Rights managed images are Licensed for a once off use with the image only being allowed to be used for the original purpose. We have listed our most common requests for licensing below each image. They are: Commercial Publication up to A3, use in Signage up to A2 size and use in Design of Logos, stationary and websites. Extended Licensed images may not be used on products for resale or distributed free if the image is the main selling point of the product. ie postcards, calendars t-shirts etc. The rights granted to the Licensee are not transferable and are non sub-licensable.  If your required use is not listed please contact us on 1300 654 487 for a quote.
