Q: When I order an image what do I recieve?
A: You recieve a download link via email. This link will allow you to download the file to your computer at the resolution you have paid for. You can then use this image as per the license you have purchased.
Q: I want to get prints done of the image, what do I do?
A: Choose the resolution according to the print size required, and choose Personal use for the license. The file can then be taken to a digital printer / lab for printing. Please note that the file cannot be redistributed or used in anyway that contravenes the License agreement choosen.
Q: Some image are only available in low resoution, I need a larger file can you provide these?
A: Yes we can upload higher resolution files for your purposes, just let us know the image number via the CONTACT US FORM and we will upload a higher resolution copy for you.
Q: It says I have no orders when I register for an account and my basket emptied, what do I do?
A: You need to REGISTER FIRST as a buyer, then log in under your user name and password, BEFORE you create an order or add to cart.
Q: Seeing that I own the file and have paid for it can I give it to someone else?
A: You do not own the file, you have purchased a license to use it as specified, redistributing the file to anyone else, will be considered a breach of International Copyright law, offenders will be subject to prosecution.
Q: Will the image I buy have the Copyright watermark on it?
A: NO the Copyright watermart will not be on the purchased image.
Q: We are a NON PROFIT organisation, can we recieve a discount for images purchased?
A: Yes we will discount for non profit organisations, contact via the CONTACT US FORM and we will provide a discount code, you can enter before purchasing.
